Celebrating the launch of his debut book, David invites you to a party you will not want to miss. He will teach a 90 minute vinyasa flow yoga class set to great music (ranging from the Grateful Dead to Frank Sinatra). The class will focus on how much has life has changed since 1994. That’s the year most of us got our first email address and first cell phone. Since then, we’ve become glorified extensions of our machines spending vast amounts of time typing, texting, deleting, and filing. In the process, we’ve lost touch with what it means to be a human being…to touch, smell, listen…to truly enjoy life. Throughout the workshop, David will revitalize your senses and remind you that the moments spent away from the gadgets are the moments that stand tall in our memories. After class, while you are indulging in a tasting of exotic chocolates from Vosges Haut-Chocolat and wines from around the world, David will read from his newly released book Yeah Dave’s Guide to Livin the Moment. It will be an evening of culinary, cerebral, and spiritual ecstasy.

(The wine tasting is free. Price of admission is for yoga workshop only. Participants must be 21 and over to attend)

Bio:

David Romanelli (Yeah Dave) travels the globe teaching everyday passions (chocolate, wine, music) as accessible gateways to the present moment.
