c'mon big dogg... you have been diligent in creating a business and lifestyle (even wrote a book right?) that helps others find awareness and bolsters self confidence (and hopefully love of self and others). That being said I am glad to read that you are not finished, that you understand there is work to be done. Suz was suggesting something like this thought to the kids the other night - suggesting that we consider what we use vs. what we make - what we take vs. what we give. Good things to think about. I am still figuring out what my big picture and direction might be but I know that I have been educating myself for a long while and recently have enjoyed the benefit of working through some knots in my personal energy with a life coach and as this moves along I am granted with what I call "spiritual markers" along the way. I might not know exactly what I am doing but if I do my best as I go and have an openness to realize these markers as they appear then the choices put in front of me require less "thought" - I know what will serve as the highest goodness. Always great to hear from you! Went to a Wade Morrisette workshop last weekend - great class, fun kirtan - apparently he will be at AT ONE in a few weeks. Enjoy! Safe travels to you Dave - may the tsa agants pat you down gently and the sushi always be fresh (good luck in the midwest)!!!
Much love - Keith VanGilder
