Where and When: The island of St. Lucia in the Caribbean
What about these photo make them special? “BEAUTIFUL: We woke up to this magnificent view from our balcony! Wow! Not only was the island beautiful, but the local people were so happy and glad to share their island with us. We felt very comfortable here… FUNNY: Ok, did you look at what I am wearing?!? Go ahead and laugh because we did! We were getting geared up for our first ever zip-line experience through the rain forest of St. Lucia! We looked crazy but I was glad for my lunch lady hair net under my helmet! (think stinky hat! lol)… DELICIOUS: The absolute thrill of zipping from tree top to tree top at sometimes 45-50 miles per hour! It was the most fun and scary thing I have ever done. Loved it so much, that on the next cruise our girls will be joining us, and they too will get to experience that same thrill of zipping through the tree tops in Roatan. What a awesome way to view the rain forest! Ended with a super cold island beer- Piton-and it just hit the spot. (kinda humid in the rain forest).”
How do you live in the moment? “I would say this is living in the moment! Each day we ventured out for a new adventure and just had the most fantastic trip. Leave all the worries behind and enjoy the islands, the local beer, the local food, watch the sunset from the top deck. Living in the moment!!”
