What about this photo makes it special? “I had just purchased the hat and couldn’t resist the photo op with the “Do Yoga” sign. Hats make me happy and how simple could it be: do yoga!”
How do you live in the moment? “I teach yoga to children and that keeps me grounded in the moment! Offering the gift of yoga to children as young as 4 years old is such an empowering feeling. I know I am offering them tools and techniques to use as they grow into the adventure we call life. If kids are our future…let’s teach them well!”
