What about this photo makes it special? “I’m watching my daughter and dog play in the water on a 90+ degree day while sitting on my newly poured patio enjoying a frappuccino. It really was beautiful, funny, and delicious!! My daughter and dog love to play with the “water rocket” together and they were both drenched. It was so much fun just watching the two of them play and cool off together.”
How do you live in the moment? “I have just recently started living in the moment since I went to a workshop of Dave’s at Tosa Yoga in Wauwatosa, WI when he was here. His class and his book really inspired me. I actually look for opportunities to live in the moment now. And I do enjoy a piece of really yummy chocolate almost everyday.”
