What about this photo made it special? “We were all in our last week of TTC (the yoga teacher’s training)…It was dinnertime. I did my seva (karma yoga) after dinners and on this particular night, I was quite pleased with the food selection as I chowed down on vegetarian delights to store up some energy for my dish washing! My friend…who was sitting across from me at the table thought I was being a bit of a piggy and snapped the picture.”
How do you live in the moment? “I revel in the joy and gusto of my relationship to food. I love to teach people how to make inspired gourmet Ayurvedic meals from fresh and simple organic ingredients as well as being a Cosmic Astrologer and Musical Yogini who loves to travel and teach Yoga and Yoga Nidra and lead high energy bhakti-full Kirtans!”
