What about this photo makes it special? “I took the photo because at the end of every breakfast John spends about two full minutes spreading the perfect amount of butter and jam on his toast and considers it his dessert. I decided it was time to document this work of art that he creates. I appreciate the fact that HE is living in the moment by taking so much time preparing this delicious dish and then he savors every bite instead of only treating his food as fuel…I use [the picture] as the photo on my phone when he calls, so I get to remember that funny moment almost daily!”
How do you live in the moment? “I live in the moment by taking time to breathe, to practice yoga, and to connect to the people I love.”
