I want to share one of my favorite spots…
Lula’s Sweet Apothecary in the East Village of NYC featured this flavor…Waffles n Syrup… which is the scoop on the top…and Peanut Butter Fudge on the bottom. Little chunks of waffle and the taste of maple syrup. What?!
And best of all, it’s Vegan. I know vegan ice cream sounds boring, but it leaves you without a dairy hangover.
Put this on your MUST-TRY list next time you visit NYC.
