Is it me or does this quote hit the nail on the head?
As we’ve heard from 847,345 self-help gurus, feed the negative thoughts and the negative thoughts grow. But this is the very first time I’ve heard “lying slut” instead of “negative thought.” Isn’t it awesome?
There’s a fierceness required to slay the beast who drags you down. You have to strike it in the heart and you have to do it today.
Because as goes the Chinese proverb I’ve shared at least 847, 345 times, “Wake up! It’s later than you think.”

i believe that voice that says i cant is a lying slut…lol. but ive often pushed others beyond there voice thats says they cant and everytime(mostly) they failed…..how do i reconcile this?? example-lady trying crow, gets scared, i keep telling her to try, comes up to me one day and says “i fell on my face last week doing crow”…..wtf
