The Avett Brothers’ song “Head Full of Doubt/Heart Full of Promise” has a great line:
When nothing is owed or deserved or expected
And your life doesn’t change by the man that’s elected
If you’re loved by someone, you’re never rejected

Author Neal Donald Walsch describes what he calls the “Be Do Have” paradigm.
We tend to think if we have a thing (money), we can do a thing (go on a vacation), and then we’ll be a thing (happy).
Truthfully, it’s the opposite. First…Be happy. Then you can do a little vacation in any given moment, and you will have what you need because happy people with positive vibrations attract good things.
Waiting and hoping are a poor man’s game.
Decide what to be and go be it!
Here’s a challenge for today: Be what you want and start RIGHT NOW: Rich. Happy. Peaceful. Talented. Successful. Awesome.
