I’m excited to announce my second book, TAKE BACK YOUR LIFE: Yeah Dave’s Guide to Victory over Buzzing Gadgets, Busy Schedules, and Bad Relationships.
If you enjoyed my first book, you’ll find so much more laughter, inspiration, and good times in the new one! And if you found only fleeting moments of pleasure in the first, you’ll find the sparks catch fire in book two.

While negative, dark, violent actions can turn the world on its ear, let’s not forget that positive behavior and energy can have an equally “absurd” impact. You just never know how those authentic acts and impassioned moments can create ripples in the world order.
–Do you think 42 year old seamstress Rosa Parks ever imagined in a million years on that ordinary morning in 1955 that her refusing to give up her seat on the bus would be a monumental moment in the civil rights movement?
–Or what about Weng Weilin? On June 5, 1989, Weng was walking in Beijing with two shopping bags, and no intention of changing the world… when he decided to stand in front of, and thus halt, a row of tanks cracking down on the protests in Tiananmen Square.
That act led Time Magazine to name Weng Weilin as One of the 100 Most Important People of The Century. Remember, he was just out for some groceries.
–And then there’s Tunisian legend and martyr Mohamed Bouazizi, who in absolute frustration at harassment by local officials, set himself on fire on December 17, 2010. He is considered by many to be the ignition behind 
the engine of rebellion that fueled the Arab Spring. He was just a street vendor having a bad day.
Do you long to make an impact but feel like life has passed you by, like you missed the bus, like you are surviving but NOT thriving?
